IHOP Dissapointment!!

We went to IHOP Oxford, Alabama IHOP on Sat. Oct. 4 2014. We went to IHOP because my daughter loves (or loved) the strawberry cheesecake pancakes. When the food started to arrive they forgot my daughters and grandsons food. The rest of us were about half way into our meals before our waitress showed up again. Either they forgot to make theirs or the waitress never submitted theirs. When they did bring theirs my grandsons choc-chip pancakes were regular pancakes with extra chips on top. My daughters pancakes were raw in the middle, the mix dripped out when she got to the middle. After the complaint of getting the incorrect pancakes for my grandson, the waitresses and kitchen staff kept gawking at us. My daughter said they ruined her favorite pancakes. I doubt we will return.
