IHOP # 4448 at Spartanburg, SC
Went with family on 02/23/15-quality of food and service has deteriorated=the waitress didn't bother to ask if we wanted extra coffee and didn't waste time in giving the receipt before we were even done with 10% of food. It was a weekday and not even busy. Not going there again.
