    I and my Fiancé went to iHop by West Loop today, November 2, 2016 around 12:15pm and was attended to by an employee, Reina. We ate and left. However, I realized that I had forgotten my ring on the table so we went back.     Hi again. I just want to say if there were to.be any changes made at good old Ihop would to be tbe menu. I feel there is way to much food. People have complained about the menu being to long or to big. Also I feel that Ihop should only stick to breakfast and light lunch menu.     I hop 115 Eastern Boulevard Montgomery, AL 36117 Atlanta Crossing Shopping Center‎ (334) 260-0795 I went to this restaurant at 10 pm Wednesday February 20th. They don't have half of the item in the menu. No fry I asked to replace by onion ring. 10 min later waiter came back and said they don't have onion ring. And my order will be another 20 min late.     Me and my family went into Ihop this morning. We were quickly seated at a large table for the 5 of us. We then Sat there for over 15 minutes without being helped at all. No one came to take our drinks. We got up and walked out and they had to nerve to say have good day. Worse customer service experience I've ever had. I wanted to make you aware of the actions of our managers, actions many other employees like myself find disrespectful, rude, and extremely inappropriate.     Previous manager was personable. Friendly & efficient wait staff. New manager and hostess look like they have slept in their clothes. Takes a long time to get waited on. One time after being seated for about 15 minutes with no one coming to the table I walked out. Not enough waitresses to go around. Orders not correct.   • poor service bad deal



    I ordered the never ending pancakes with apple and whipped cream. After waiting forever, we got our food. After I started eating I was informed that I would be charged a dollar extra for the toppings. Never had that happen before. If I ordered more pancakes with the topping I would be charged another dollar. I would have been better had I just ordered the special pancakes for 6 dollars with 4 pancakes and toppings for free.
