New Years Grinch


My family went your IHOP #1821. And from the time we enter the door the Manage couldn't keep her names straight to seat people. Then after we're seat a waitress comes the table with a very nasty attitude. Say just so you know the food will take at least 1.5 hours. I what we were told about 20mins. I also bought to that Waites that one issues is you all have stacks of food, that hasn't been past out! She got mad and walk away. Over hour for food. Then we had request to speak to Manager never saw one until we paid. And then we were to she to busy. No compensation. just incredibly rude. No name badge for staff. And very poor customer service skills. I spent $70.00.when I could have just to McDonald's if I wanted fast food mentality..
