IHOP PESTS


I went to IHOP in Jackson, MS on 08/18/14. As always, I purchased the pot roast. There were small bugs flying around on the window and near the booth where I was sitting. One of the bugs decided it wanted pot roast & it landed in my plate. I notified the waitress & only rec'd the senior citizens discount. I was very dissatisfied! I couldn't finish my food because of these pests & was only given a $2 discount. I really didn't get a discount because the tip was $2. So, on an average, I spend $150-$200 monthly on food & get basically nothing when their pests forgot about respecting other people's property. I was thinking at some point the bugs would be gone because I spend enough monthly to pay for pest control. I understand a fly might get in if the door is held open but these things were at home. Noone in management had the decency to even apologize.
