Ihop - Kuwait - Avenues Mall Phase III - Ihop Kuwait

The music is terrible with repeated annoying loud songs, even though we asked the waitress twice and the manager once, to change it.

On another visit, we waited 20-25 minutes for our breakfast and finally decided to leave. I complained and I am definitely not returning there. Restaurant was probably 20% full with a huge wait outside - why??

In Kuwait, they don't even have biscuits!! or Multi-grain pancakes!! 2 of my favorites!!
